The beach, restaurants, and shops are all mere minutes away, yet you can stay close to home base when you take advantage of the shared pool to take a quick dip or tan in bliss with a new novel in hand.

This single-family 3-bedroom home can sleep up to 10 comfortably and keep the entire family entertained while you're not at the beach.
Beach access is provided directly via the city boardwalk meandering alongside Little Lagoon and the Little Lagoon Pass Park and Pier. Or you can cross the street if you prefer. You won't want to miss this!

It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want, from the new home smell to the community pool, bikes, multi-cade games, board games, gaming consoles for the kids, and beach equipment. BBQ, Multi-Cade Arcade, fully stocked kitchen cookware,1 king and 1 queen bedroom, plus a kid's room with bunk beds and a pull-out sofa, and did I mention you're right across the street from the beach. If you're sick and tired of old run-down beach houses, Wave N' Sea will blow you away.

We do require a minimum age of 25 Years Old to book our home.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
